How to know which lab my GIA cert was from?

I am curious about the lab where my GIA cert was from, is there a way to find it out?
I noticed a part of the certificate seems to be cut off, was it about the lab information?

You can check online http://www2.gia.edu/reportcheck/index.cfm for a full online copy to see if any information is cut out.

You can probably call GIA to see if they can tell you which lab the report is from.
