how to get in touch with admin

I'm not trying to be rude but I have sent admin 3 messages from the "contact us" section and have not heard back at all. I am trying to figure out how to change my username because I am now Mrs. Williamson no longer Future. Does anybody know how to do this or how to get in touch with admin so they can tell me how?

When did you send the messages? I think it can take a couple of days for the admins to get back in touch.
