How to find diamonds below .20 carat - revisited?

Found this: https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/how-to-find-diamonds-below-20-carat.29968/ but WhiteFlash and JamesAllen(dirtcheap) don''t seem to have anything that small.

Anyone else know of an online seller who sells these tiny diamonds?
