How to compact several images into one posting?

Can anyone help me? I would like to put in 3 or 4 images into 1 posting but do not know how

Photoshop definately seems like overkill. Any image manipulation that you would need to do of this nature probably could be done with Microsoft Paint which is about a thousand dollars cheaper

It''s relatively easy with MS paint to cut and paste multiple images into a single larger image.
