How to clean spots on suede?

I just got a new turquoise suede jacket from my MIL for Xmas. I wore it to work today and I picked up one of those giant water bottles for the work water cooler. I lost my grip and it slipped against my stomach hitting the suede jacket. The bottom of the bottle was dirty and it left 5 brownish spots...not really big...but noticeable on my jacket. Any ideas on how to get them off? I''m really pissed. Try to do a nice thing changing the water bottle and look what happens...Grrr!

try using a suede brush (i don't really know what they're called) they are blocks of rubber (or something) used to clean and maintain suede.
or just take it to a professional
