how to choose little diamonds 20 pointers?

Hi guys, since I probably stuffed up on my large diamond and got a bad cut, I would like to not do this with the side diamonds. Where can I buy amazing top cut small pave stones, say 20 pointers. I am in Australia.

Also, if I were to start again and buy from scratch, where could I buy a 3 plus carat diamond from. Do the sponsers here ever sell to customers in Australia?
