How to check GIA website for coloured diamonds?

Hi,

May I know how I can check the GIA website for Colored Diamond Identification & Origin Report as well as the Colored Diamond Grading Report? I plugged in the GIA certificate numbers and carat weights on the GIA Report Check section and all returned with "No Matches"? Thank you!

You cannot check colored diamond reports on GIA''s website. If you go to the reportcheck page, there is a number listed to call customer service to verify reports on colored diamonds. http://reportcheck.gia.edu
