How reliable is a report from HKD-lab in Canada?

From what I understand, these are GIA trained people. But furthermore, not very much more information on the lab. really. Any experiences here?

They talk about CE diamonds right away in one of their links under NEWS, I dont think that would be a big news item for my lab, but then again .....

They are GIA trained, or so the about us says, but still they seem to cater to chain stores

AGS/GIA/HRD are about all I'd consider. and HRD is a maybe
