How old is this gold pendant?

Would anyone know from the style, the approximate era of this pendant? It is 18K with no stamps at all. The coin attached is Turkish from 1872. I have been looking for some time now, but with no luck.

I don't think this is antique.
Based on what I can see of the bail, it appears to be more recent, perhaps made after the 1950s.
