The table is huge on this diamond and the angle ranges poor, you can do much better - it isn't a well cut diamond, in fact the cut is dreadful. EGL are considered to be less strict on grading than GIA or AGS. Is the diamond for sale with a jeweller or online auction?

Very leaky cut. Avoid.

Leaky indeed, you can do sooooo much better!! If you give us your budget we will be more than happy to help you find a well cut stone... CUT is key..

My budget is 10,000. I have fairly large hands so am looking for at least a 1.9 carat diamond (I want a solitaire round). I have tried on 1.5 carat and it seems so much smaller on my hand then off, so I want to avoid that.
Thanks so much, I am so glad I found this site before purchasing a ring.

You don't want to buy that one under any circumstances, I try to stay open minded and not denigrate diamonds unnecessarily but in this case....YUCK.

LOL! I have seen thousands of diamonds pass through here, probably hundreds of thousands, but this one has to take the prize for being one of the worst!

Hmm, the proportions of the stone are really hard for me to imagine in 3-D. With a table that size (larger than the depth %), and a crown % of only 11%, would the stone look flat?

Storm, where are you when I need you? How would these proportions affect light performance and virtual facets

To the original poster, would you like some suggestions on possible stones that would fit your budget? People here love to help!

I think you need to increase your budget if you want something close to 2 carat. IMHO.

What about these? I think you got 5% discount for being a pricescoper. I know they are more than 10K but I think you need to add more to your budget to get a 2ct diamond.

Others will correct me if I am wrong. Just trying to help.
