Bingo. The HCA helped you reject this stone because it's predicted to do so poorly. I wouldn't pay a dime for that thing. Ok I lie, if offered to me for $0.10, I'd buy it!!!

Retail value is probably around 10-13 K for the diamond. I wouldn't buy it unless it was a steal ... like 5000 and under but really under 2000
