How much is this 11.6 crt blue sapphire worth?

First of all im new in town. I have not much experience in the gem stone world.
My dear friend gave me this 11.6 crt unheated blue sapphire as a gift (he is a jeweler from sri lanka). We have done many business in the past so I consider it a thankful gift which is probably worth something.

I didn't want to ask him what the price of it would be since I think that would be rude so im hoping to get an answer here.

We have a colored stone forum here, so the question is best posted there. I happen to have been looking at sapphires and a natural, earth mined, unheated untreated 11 carat sapphire would go for about $80,000 to 100,000K from what I have seen, and generally speaking.
