Is the stone irradiated blue? That will significantly decrease the price compared to if the color was natural.

is this an ebay stone? people would also need a lot more info to help out. Natural stone doesn''t mean much as like the comment above said it could be irradiated, as well as other prices...Just remember if it is to good to be true it is...
