Same here. My friend who stayed overnight with me recently on a visit from out of town made a comment that during the 3 days she was at my house I wore 3 different pairs of jeans. She wore the same pair all 3 days. I thought that was odd. She thought me wearing jeans once was odd.Date: 12/5/2009 1:29:47 AM

Exactly once, for one day.
I cannot stand removing and rewearing clothing of any sort - PJs are wasted on me.
Ditto. But I am apparently a little grossDate: 12/5/2009 9:18:00 AM

I ... don''t think I''ve ever counted. I wash them when they''re dirty, basically: if I''ve spilled something on them, if they''re acquiring that weird grey sheen that dirty denim gets. But, like LilyKat said (and, btw, the phrase ''proximity to armpit'' is *cracking me up*), jeans and skirts get more leniency than tops ... so we could easily go with the jeans going a month or two between washes (not a month of continuous wear - that, I think, would be too much).
LK, I think there was just a whole thread on bras over in FH&H!

If I''ve worn them all day, I''ll wash them after about two days.
I never re-wear tops (I don''t know, something about proximity to armpit grosses me out), but I''m a bit more lenient with skirts/trousers.
Asscherisme, hope you don''t mind, but can I tag on another question about if people wash bras after each wear?

Curious what others do.

Pretty much the same here, but a little more often than once a month -- probably every 2-3 weeks (not of everyday wear, though). After a few wearings, they start to get stretched out and not fit very well, so that''s usually my cue to wash them. Tops get washed after every wear (unless they''re sweaters and I was wearing a tee shirt underneath).
My husband washes EVERYTHING after every wear and all of his clothes do not hold up very long. Also, I want to mention, I air dry my jeans. I''d NEVER put my $158 pair of sevens in the dryer.Date: 12/5/2009 1:31:07 PM

Wow I''m surprised at how many people wash them after only 1 wear! I''m ashamed to say how often I wash mine after reading the above posts!
