Wow, I feel like I''m inviting a ton: about 300, expecting about 250. A large percentage are OOT. I think I''m being pretty realistic. My good friend is getting married a couple weeks later, and is inviting over 400, but hoping no more than 220 show up; I''m curious to see what happens.
We are inviting 18 (including us and bridal party though) and we expect around that amount to come. It might extend to 20 but that will be absolute tops, we just want a very small private wedding.
175 for my parents, FI and I... and then 175 from FI's parents/mom (Hopefully being cut down). We're sitting at 350, and my parents would like no more than 250. Eventhough 90% of the invites are out of town, we are pretty sure most will be attending.
-FI has about 50 family members that live in state and will more than likely come (will be determined at Thanksgiving)
-My family is all over, but 15 will come from Indiana, 10 from California, and a few from Virginia, plus 15 family member in the state.
-We have 15 in the wedding party
-FI's parents are inviting about 40 company contacts (incl dates), becasue it's a fairly large business. It is yet to be seen if they would show up, more than likely will be waiting on RSVP's for those.
-All of our friends still live in the state and are about 110% sure they will all be there.
We have no idea how we're going to split up dates/or no date?
Right now I have 235 ppl invited. I did a weighted likelihood of attendance (e.g. 1 = 100%, .25 = 25%) and the number is around 185.1, so 186. The venue can hold 175-180 ppl comfortably, more than that is cozy. I''m hoping it''ll be less than 180, but we''ll see.
