How many bling projects do you have?

Since finding this forum, i have managed to 'finalise' the diamond project that have been sitting in the back of my head for a LONG time- a diamond ring- my avatar! Also, since finding this forum, the pics in SMTB folders have inspired me to HAVE/ need a few more projects.....

I thought, there must be OTHERS out there with a few projects in their folders.

Currently i have about 4 projects in various stages of NEED (hehehehe) - of course, all dependent on $$.

What projects do PSer have and how many?

I will start:
1) Yellow OEC... is underway, hopefully with an update in the next few months
2) Eternity band...interest is growing but $ are not...so it is shelved...
3) Stacker... same as 2)
4) necklace.. shelved for a bit.
5) that is ME DONE- NO MORE!!!!!!

I just got done with my 5 stone diamond band as well as my diamond pendant, both from WF. This weekend I want to go to a local jeweler and get the two sautered together, then I'll be 100% done. I have nothing on the horizon!

Well, I do want ACA studs eventually but we're talking a few years from now lol. Also this is more of a fantasy but I'd really like a Cartier panther ring someday (the plain gold one, not the diamond one), but I'm probably too cheap to buy one unless I find a good pre-owned piece.

Since my OEC upgrade is almost done and on my finger, I have only 1 project left -- a 5-stone french cut band. Not sure when/whether it will happen.

Last summer I had 14 projects going at once And now 9 months later I probably own 5 of them still.

Anyhow right now I only have 2.

- The Venice reset by VC
-A large EC spinel cut by Jeff White to be set in an art deco project


Oh wait- I lied I have 3!!
-I'm resetting a diamond I received on my wedding day into a Tacori sapphire and diamond setting as an alternate RHR or ering when I don't want to wear Venice.

Just one at the moment - my memorial cat pendant, which is taking FOREVER.

But, I did have to send my diamond/amethyst eternity back to Yekutiel at IDJ today because I realized that one of the amethysts managed to escape yesterday! He said he's never seen that happen, and it's really bizarre that it did since they are all bezel set.... Hoping to have it back on my finger soon!

Mine are never done. Right now on my mind are:

Buy a rose gold pink sapphire diamond band
Get a new setting for y peach sapphire
Do something with my ruby ring - trade it in, move it to another setting, use a diamond solitaire pendent and ruby earrings for a 3 stone ring
Upgrade my EC diamond RHR
Upgrade my heart diamond RHR
Get some sapphire studs.

Sadly life, bills and landscaping for our new house come first

Warm OEC had to grow USA wings first...It was cold over in USA when i got it, so wings took a while to grow... then it had to fly south to AUS. the USA wings were then traded for AUS wings, which were way quicker. The wings are now off and in the lab for inspection/ assessment of its solitary feather. Designing new home now- inspiration folders have been exhausted. i am having fun... I will post soon, i promise... and I will definitely share on SMTB as i hope ppl are so enamored by it, that they will COPY or be INSPIRED by it..... The stores will have a hard time keeping up with demand that they will commission a factory in China to keep up!!!!! LOL

I think by the time it is done, it will be middle to end of April. I hope you can wait that long......

None. I bought OEC studs and had them set July 2012 and haven't don any projects since. I don't have the money or the energy right now. I'd like larger OEC studs someday and perhaps a nice ring or bracelet, but not within the next 2-3 years and perhaps longer!

Yes.... Yes I do. That's why I gave up on my colored stone project. It seemed ridiculous to set a $400 stone in a $40k setting! It's true!

Not many. Deciding on a diamond band to wear w/my wedding set. Finishing up my mint tourm ring. Figuring out a band for my right hand...I think that's it. I just got two projects done-a leaf band and my opal pendant.
