We were introduced 37 years ago and have been married for 35 years. (36 in August)

Celebrating 10 years in August. We laugh at the fact that her oldest brother is now older than I was when we first started dating as he was only 10 years old then.

We met 10 years ago, officially started dating about 4.5 years ago (with about a year of unofficial dating before that), and have been married for 4 months.

My husband is my second long term partner, we've been together for 5 years. Before that, I was with a previous partner for 10, never married. I'm 37, my husband is 28.
I'm looking forward to our 25th, even though I'll be much older Congrats to all of you for long, enduring partnerships.

Yay to all the happy couples who have been together for many years.
We haven't been together nearly as long as some but well as some of you have pointed out time is going so fast it will be no time till we be there (knock wood) in no time.

We have been together 18 years and seriously each one better than the last. I don't think there is only just one partner meant for each person usually but in my case no way would I have ever met someone more perfect for me than my dh. He is my soul mate and no one else would have come close. I never wanted to get married till I met and spent time with my dh. We dated for 5 years before getting married because that is how reluctant I was to make a marriage commitment. Looking back I laugh about it because hands down it is the best decision I ever made in my life. No question. But hindsight is always 20/20 isn't it?

Would love to see photos of the happy couples if you are willing to share...

Together 7 years earlier this month. Engaged three months later (on his May bday). Married four years this June. Known each other casually (not biblically) for eleven years.

We get on each other's nerves sometimes but, after all these years, I still get the ga-ga butterflies in the stomach feeling like I did when he was courting me.

Met 23 yrs ago; married 17 yrs in December (spent the time in between as either best friends, dating each other, or dating other people to make sure we were really meant to be!! We met very young, I was only 14 and he was 17; he was my first boyfriend's best friend, before I stole him for mine Trying to keep this to the "short version" of us, lol).

Here's a relaxed pic from our tiny wedding. We wanted to elope but were pressured by family to have a wedding that they could attend, so we did, and in retrospect I suppose I'm glad; we were just young and in love and we didn't care about the wedding itself. I've always liked this pic bc I look so interested in the cake, but DH is looking at me so sweetly (he usually has a rather stern expression, even back then).
