How long does registered mail take?

I was wondering if anyone knew how long it usually take for registered mail to arrive at its destination. I called the postal office to ask about an approximate arrival date or time but they couldn''t tell me anything. So if know, please let me know!!

you can do a search on registered mail and some old threads with some individual stories will pop up. It took my ring 9 days to get from TN to FL on one trip but then only 2 days to go to VA on another. It just varies and by the time USPS updates their tracking on their website the package will have been there for a day. however, it is very safe and will get there although the waiting is torture.

It took me 5 days from New Mexico to Georgia.
