how long do you wait for a Tacori?

hi all,

my FF and I ordered my Tacori ring last month (august 15th) and i''m about to explode from the anticipation of waiting for it to come in. if i ask him one more time if they have called, he might kill me. i have been told by him that i am "not allowed" to call the jeweler since i have been involved in every step of the process and i think he wants to take it from here. which is fine (i guess

) but i was curious as to whether any of you have a general timeline on how long these Tacori orders take? it''s a custom head, but nothing else is different about it (i didn''t ask for any changes, just custom to fit the stone) and the band is really plain (no engraving or crescent design on it). so it''s a fairly simple design by Tacori standards.

can anyone tell me about how many weeks it usually takes? the jeweler told me 4-6 at one point and 6-8 at one point and 4-6 again right before we ordered it.

Mine took 5 weeks. That was in May...

I think ours was 5-6 weeks but I also wasn''t allowed to know.

You might want to consider that your FF may being trying to surprise you with a proposal since you have been involved with everything else. I''m sure he will involve you if any serious issues come up with Tacori that he can not handle.

Relax and let him handle it. Who knows, he may already have it in his possession
