How long do CADs for a custom design take?

Just wondering... we have been waiting to see them on a custom design for almost 3 weeks and am starting to get a little antsy. Does this seem like an uncharacteristically long time to wait or is this normal?

Have you contacted the vendor to ask when they will be done? I think I waited around a week or so when I worked with Whiteflash.
