It looks like an excellent diamond, I can''t see the hearts images clearly enough to really comment on those, but the diamond looks good.

IS looks good, but hearts and arrows looked a bit off to me.

I''d agree. It looks like a nice diamond from the IS. IF it is being sold as a H&A, then I would question that designation.
 
I see the hearts and arrows too, I find it's subtle, but it's there. Not sure if that is a diamond thing or an image thing. But otherwise I think the stone looks nice
