How does this diamond image look?

I'm looking for input on this diamond image. My first thought is it has a lot of unsymetrical parts, and the arrows are not as crisp as other's I've seen. This is supposed to be a "Hearts and Arrows" diamond. Perhaps it is just a bad image? Any thoughts?

I've seen images on Whiteflash of similarly spec'd diamonds with much crisper images.

The HCA tool scores this particular one at 1.3

If they're advertising it as a H&A diamond, you should ask for heart images. Can the vendor provide these?

The stone is tilted in the image. Request a hearts image to verify if it is a true H&A.
