How does rounding work on diamond sizes?

I've been looking at Whiteflash's diamond inventory and they list the diamonds in three digits. For example, if a diamond is 1.248, is it considered a 1.24 or 1.25?

*** edit: nevermind, found the answer. AGS/GIA rounds down unless the last digit is a 9, I believe. ***
