I am just wondering a fluorescent diamond will look blue/purplish under UV light. But how does a non-fluorescent diamond look under UV? just plain colourless?

Diamonds with stronger fluorescence will look brighter under UV than those with less fluorescence.

Also fluorescence is not always blue.

Cool Kenny! Thanks for the illustration pic!

I just bought a loupe with an UV light function and was trying it out. All my diamonds glow with a blue/purplish color and I got a schock because these diamonds are stated under fluorescense None/negligible in GIA & AGS reports.

However, I found old diamond studs (before PS and no report) and one glows like the rest of diamonds and one has definitely flluorescense as shown in pic..
