I used the cut grader on PS and it came out 0.9, which seems to be good?
my concern is Girdle says "Medium to slightly thick, faceted", do you have some comments about this diamond?

thanks a lot.

Can you please post the crown and pavillion angles you entered into the cut advisor?

What is your concern with the girdle? Medium to slightly thick is a great range.

Medium to slightly thick girdle is just fine.

Nice crown and pavilion angle.

Girdle should not be too thin else it will be more prone to chipping, thicker girdle will result in slightly smaller face up dimension. Thin - slight thick range is the best compromise between these two requirement.

the spread grading was very good, which is not excellent according to PS cut grader. any comment on that?

Ex for spread can be achieved usually with a total depth of 60.3% and below but there is not many cut to that depth and still have Ex for all the other factors of the HCA out there.

Should be a lovely diamond, no concerns with the girdle or depth, only shallower depthed diamonds ( < 60.3%) get ex for spread on the HCA - most superbly cut diamonds score VG for spread so no need to worry.
