How do you read a Sarin report??

Can someone help me read this report besides the info GIA has? like everyone else I read the GIA for the depth, table %, Angles, girdle, cutlet but I was told inorder to figure out how good the diamond is, the GIA is not enough because it does not show you every angle. A Sarin report is recommended but I have no idea what to look for? Basically how good is this diamond and is there any way to tell how much light this diamond will return?

Sarin gives the range and the average. For example, if your GIA cert said PA 41.2...well, you'd want to know how much of it is really 41.1 or 41.4

off center means the table and culet are not exactly...in the center.
