Hey DF,
Good question.
I''ll only talk about the two I''m fairly sure about.
Cartier is French and is pronounced ''kah (as in ''cut'') -r(pronounced with at the back of the throat)-ti-eh (as in ''desk'') [final ''r'' is silent]. Most speakers of English tend to stress the first syllable but it''s actually the last one, i.e. ''eh'', that is supposed to be stressed.
Verragio is Italian and is pronounced ''ve (as in ''desk'' not as in ''dee'') - ra - ji (as in ''jilt'') - o (as in ''odd'' not as in ''oh'')''. Second syllable, i.e. ''ra'', is stressed.
Hope this helps.

In France, Cartier is pronounced with only two syllables not three like in North America; it''s not ''car tee ay'' but more like ''kahr tyeh''

My husband has a great solution to pronouncing any designer name: he just says ''no''.
