How do you order from Signed Pieces?

For those of you who have ordered from SP, how did you go about doing it? Was it done over the phone, email?
Do you just give them your credit card number and address? Do they give you any confirmation for your order through email/fax?

You can do it via their website if they have exactly what you are looking for.

Me, I am planning on ordering over the phone because what I''m looking for is not on their website. You can always call and talk to Issac and place an order. I''m sure they will be more than willing to email you the confirmation if they don''t do that automatically.

Either way, I wouldn''t go about it via email because their response time is sometimes slow (and especially now I''m sure because of the holiday season).

I called and spoke with Issac when I placed my order for 2 eternity bands.

He and David are the best.

I think calling is best. They can be slow in responding to emails especially this time of year.
