How do you like your steak cooked?

@JPie I've tasted olive beef and hokkaido snow beef... I get them from pursuitfarms. I think I prefer snow beef so far. Next to try is the ohmi beef.

I would only eat grass feed which is how all our beef is grown except for a very small percentage for the American market
grass feed is so much kinder and more natural for the animals and doesn't involve palm kermals that cause such terrible deforestation around the world
I know sometimes farmers get low on food in draught and have to supplement grain to dairy cows but grass makes butter yellow
