How do you clean diamond in bezel setting???

I have a bezel ring and have difficulty cleaning the stone...
I got this cleaning solution with a little toothbrush looking tool that works well for reachable spots but just can''t quite get into the part covered by the metal. It''s not noticeable unless I go to a room with dim light (I don''t know why) How do you guys clean bezels??

I use the same method you are talking about, but I think to get out those tiny little pieces in the bezel groove you''ll really need an ultrasonic cleaner to shake them loose.
