How do you add emoticons to a post?

Have you discovered an easy way? Before I used to just drag and drop. It doesn't work for me now.

What I have been doing is using the image code and grabbing the url of the image from the properties. So it'll look like this:

But that takes time.

i used to copy and paste but that function don't work with PS 2.0
