How do I use LiveHelp Cash Back feature for Ebay?

I have come across a few links for this in ebay listings, but don''t know how to make it work?

I'm sure...another forum I browse on occasionally has all the girls from other countries really ticked off. But it's in the rules somehwere. You need to be on a US server.

ETA: If it makes you feel any better it looks like it's only 25% right now.

It''s NOT a good time to be shopping on E-bay you live outside the US right now anyway.
I can''t believe that only weeks ago, I was getting deals left, right and center, with our dollar being at par almost.
NOW..due to the deteriorating US economy, OUR dollar has dropped...so E-bay just lost a GREAT customer (for now anyway)!!
Good thing I got a few fabulous dimaond bands when I did!!

I agree Beau, you''re Canadian right? I''m pretty sure our $ dropped alot more drastically - earlier this year it was all time highs, about 95c or more. Boy am I glad I got my ering upgrade when I did !
Recently, its been hanging around the low 60''s - reaalll bad.
But just today with the change of US govt it has been steadily climbing again all day - its now almost back at 70c.
Still not great, but I''ve got a feeling it will continue to improve.
I''ve still been doing ebay hunting (as you know

), but I''ve got to admit my purchases have been abit more painful, lol..

Can''t wait for it to go back up so I can finally get my OEC I''ve been lusting after, but in the meantime some ebay bargains will tide me over - they are still way cheaper than anything I can get locally..

I would have thought that since the US is headed "south"...we could take advantage of some great bargains! I mean, people aren''t buying new vehicles, houses..and when I test drove a new Tahoe last week, and they wouldn''t come down on the price (of about $ 70 000), I thought, this vehicle will still be sitting here in a few months, along with others. I thought it would be a good time to buy a new vehicle, but I guess I was wrong. As far as jewelry..there will be deals to be had, when people can''t afford to makes ends meet (sad to say), and have to reluctantly part with what''s in their jewelry box. I have no problem wearing "previously loved" jewelry..so I will be on the lookout! As far as huge jewlery store chains selling jewelry at VERY inflated prices..GOoD LUCK to ya!! It''s a luxury item, and the way the economy is headed around the world..I can''t see people spending their hard earned $$ on that right now!
