I''m a novice and my fiancee wants to sell her diamond from a previous diamond ring that she no longer wears/enjoys.
It is approx 7/8ct. round brilliant shape with a slight carbon spot dead center halfway down in the pavillion.
CUrrently it is set in 90% platinum with small diamonds surrounding it - TCW of the ring is 1.03 or so.
The color of the diamond is a low-grade near colorless if I had to guess.
How do I sell it? Take it to a jeweler? It is not certified by anyone. Pawn shop? ANy help is appreciated.
