How do I post pictures?

Could use some PS help, please! Trying to post pictures of my Wolf box purchase in the Wolf box thread. Using Mac, how do I upload pictures that are in Photos library?

When you click on "upload a file" and your window pops up, scroll all the way down on your sidebar and click on "media."
