How do I find a stock setting?

Hi everyone!
I am looking to have something similar to this ring made, but would like to see if a stock setting is available to be modified. The side stones are graduated and prong set. I''ve seen the same ring on numerous sites, so I know it must be out there! I get so lost in the stuller, adwar, and all those catalogs... any help or suggestions? Thanks!

You can start by browsing here: http://store.pearlmansjewelers.com/jewelry/cat/1016/ They have a huge selection so it is probably your best best.

Also, after looking around and seeing what there is I would email the picture to Wink, GOG or ERD and see what they can do for you.
