Hello, I just picked up my ring yesterday and would like to hear your thoughts on the diamond I purchased. How much would you pay for the diamond itself? Thank you all in advance. Here are the details per GIA report:

Generally a score of 2 or less is what PS recommends. Definitely under 3.

While I tend to believe that a GIA EX cut stone will typically be beautiful, I also believe that some are much better than others. Without seeing images its difficult to give you an impression of how the stone should perform. Most PSers. Have a narrow range of proportions that we feel produce the best visual appearance, your stone falls just outside of this. BUT that doesn't mean its not a gorgeous stone. GIA rounds its proportions and its impossible to know which way they rounded without more information. If you purchased with a return policy and your questioning how your stone matches up against some other GIA EX, then Id suggest going to a BM and evaluating them side by side and in many different lighting environments. If you continue to be happy and the price comparison is favorable then Id say you have a winner.

It scored a 3.7 on the HCA....so without looking at it, I'd skip it. It totally depends on you though. Have you seen the stone? Do you have pictures?
