what do you mean when you say ''good''? what are you looking for in your upgrade?

Looking for a larger stone with a better cut. I''d like to stay within the E/F - G/H in color, SI1 (or better), and a good cut, without spending a more than $1500 with my trade-in. Oh, and size btwn .69 - .80 ct.

when you say trade in, are you dealing with a specific vendor???

Yes, dealing with a vendor in Austin where my husband purchased my original diamond. This is the only way we get back the $2300 invested in the original stone. I wish there was someother way to to it. I wish they''d buy back the stone and I could buy elsewhere, but......

The price given to me for a .74/G/VS2/AGS Ideal cut was $4330!

DCI has my dream rock for $2890 - wish I could just work a trade with them, but they''ll only over me the dump price - 60$ of what I paid retail. Just don''t see the point in that.

Ahhhhh!!!! This is to frusterating!
