Not exactly an xmas photo to send out but...anyone have this problem? So far we've had to say good-bye to
3 ornaments (2 cheap ones and one not so cheap one

). I think its time to move all the glass balls over
the 3 foot mark.


BTW - this is Boo boos. We adopted him about 2 months ago. He's a real sweetheart!

Yes, I am using only plastic non-breakable bulbs now as the cats play soccer every morning... sometimes basketball... but always some sort of "run under the tree- lean on tree- batt at things- yes we knocked some down- haha prepare to die xmas bulbs!"

In the wee hours of the morning, if you listen ever so quietly, sometimes you can hear a, "THUMPTHUMP THUMP THUMMMMP" of ornaments falling. My two boys are both 3, and his kitties are both 9 and this is their first official tree... so what can you expect!

Yes, I have the same problem. I am keeping a running tab of the balls that have been removed from the tree by the kitties. Currently we are up to 7. They just can''t help themselves.

Why is it that I need thumbs to hang them and their little mitten like hands can pull them off just as quick?

We keep all of the glass ornaments up higher as well. Although this year, Pearls got into the tree and knocked it down. Miraculously our ornaments survived, but the star on top of the tree did not..

OK I didn''t know where else to post these two. These are from when my avatar kitty was a baby-- 4 weeks old!!! (5 weeks in the avatar).

And, if you saw my facebook, you''d swear a cat owned it.

And the other cat in the picture is 9weeks old and my ex''s... for size reference.

swedish bean - thanks! the gray-and-white one is really adorable. I used to have a gray-and-white one so I am biased (though she had huge ears and reminded me more of bugs bunny than anything else). how old are they and what are their names?

I hope more people share their kitty and puppy photos.

OK so we tried again. Had to tape the good cookies onto my forehead to get them to pay attention. But I think this one turned out pretty good.
