This may be overkill, but I took more pictures today in the sunlight so I thought I would post some of them. Thanks to Pricescope and my other research I knew that cut had to come first and I made sure I got the best-cut stone I could. Sacrificing a bit on carat size was totally worth it--just check out the sparkle!

You can kind of see the arrows in this shot. I got to see them under a microscope at Tiffany and it is definitely well cut. Love those arrows!

Its beautiful! Did you always want a Tiffany ring?

Dreamer_dachsie,
Thank you so much! Yes, I think in my heart and my mind I always did want a Tiffany ring. I own several other pieces from Tiffany, and I have always loved the style and craftsmanship.
When it came time to look for an engagement ring, I did a great deal of research and found many beautiful diamonds out there, but I could not find my perfect solitaire setting. It was my fiance who said to me ''you know you will never be truly happy unless you have a Tiffany ring'' and he''s right! In my mind, I compared everything I saw to the Tiffany ring, so my fiance told me to pick out a Tiffany ring because that was what I really wanted. I absolutely love my ring!
And that is just how it should be!

.... agreed!

It is perfect and gorgeous!
Congratulations!

No such thing as picture overkill
