I suppose it is a ''his'' and ''hers'' situation, thought it''s never "my car" or "your car". Through a peculiar set of circumstances, we actually have four vehicles right now (my car, his work car, his grandmother''s old car he inherited after she drove it into too many buildings, and an old truck we have been trying to sell).
We refer to them by their make - the Honda, the Toyota, the Caddy, or the Truck (haha). I commute to work with the Honda and he drives the Toyota for work as it gets the best gas mileage, and he drives about 800 miles a week. When we are driving together we usually take the Honda, and we will switch up the driving.
