No, it''s not some ugly piece of frozen spit - that''s too obvious. Instead, it''s a "normal" stone I found online mixed in and labeled as having a "fine" cut.

I don't think the photo was the bad part.
The 66.5% depth , Polish-Good, Symmetry-Good, killed it for me.
 
But it's marked down and on sale. You can't beat that!

There's worse - look at the girdle - very thin to extremely thick!! And that's at the valleys! Must be the extra facet and the indented natural doing it, it couldn't be that bad.

I think the photo flattered it.
