you might have more jars than I do; I just counted 48 bottles/jars for the ground up/dried/whole herbs/spices. I dehydrate the ones I grow; rosemary, oregano, basil, chives and if I purchase cilantro or parsley for a recipe, whatever I don't use (which usually is at least half the bunch) I dehydrate the rest--just did cilantro today). I usually make my own 'mix', chili (Texas style), Italian, ranch dressing herbs, etc.
