Hi all-
I have a friend who wants to surprise his wife with an upgrade for their 20th anniversary (over a year and a half away!). He has enlisted my help because he's smart enough to know he doesn't know much about jewelry and diamonds. He's also a planner, if you couldn't tell by the timeline.
She mentioned recently that she really likes this setting that she saw in a jeweler's flyer. They want $2,000 for it, and I highly dislike what's going on in the side view, which looks like it would quite easily snag on things. I've lurked on the forum for long enough that I know we PSers can do better on the price, or at least find something of better quality for the same price.
Anyone have any ideas? Total budget will likely not allow for custom work.
