help!

hi, i have a question regarding the marks inside my ring.

there is two marks, one is PT950, and through readings i''ve done in this FABULOUS forum, i do know what it means.

however, there is a second stamp inside my band, ''0.39''

i am very curious as to what that could mean...... thanks in advance for your help!

If you could give us more info on the ring that would help. The only thing I can think of is if your ring has small diamond accents it could be the total carat weight stamped on it 0.39. I don't know if anyone else has any ideas, but hope this may help. Welcome to PS

Check your ring cert or paperwork, see if this matches with a diamond or side stones/ melee stones.

I believe that Lorelei is correct. Many manufacturers will put the diamond weight of each piece inside of their ring. The setter will get a bag with the diamonds for that piece and after setting them he will mark the weight in the ring.
