This is not something you''ll ever notice once the stone is set. You can''t even see hearts after the stone is set, and it won''t affect the sparkle or face-up look. So the only reason to reject this because of uneven hearts is if you care about the symbolism of hearts or are going for invisible perfection.
Looking at the base of the hearts, the gap between the base and the adjacent facets next to the base is inconsistient. However, the hearts look very sharp and very well defined. It's a good looking image. No, you will never see this once mounted.
As it is, diamonds that show hearts and arrows make up a very, very small percentage of well cut diamonds. You are at the top of the food chain. If hearts and arrows were to be further graded into a good, better, and best category, this would probably make the low end of 'better'. I don't know the actual number but if H&A diamonds make up 1% of all diamonds, it probably doesn't matter that you're at the top 99.33, 99.66, or above. Not to me at least.
