the stones look magnificient, and also the sizes are very rare these days,But... the prices are a little too high.
what certificates do they come with?

The first stone is GIA and the second and third ones are AGS.
Need help right away with the best quality and value of these stones. Also if anyone can find any others comparable to these.
What about light loss and HCA on these three stones too.

Can't comment on light loss. You need to get Ideal Scope images for opinions each diamond. Maybe someone can produce DiamCalc simulations, but those will only be approximate.

You have provided sufficient info to plug the Cut Adviser.

#1) 1.8, TIC, Vg/Ex/Ex/Vg. $36.6K for comps based on Price Stats

#2) 3.1 Vg/Vg/Vg/Vg. "Worth buying if the price is right." Around $25K for comps based on current availability among PS Vendors.

#3) 0.8, TIC, Ex/Ex/Ex/VG. A comparable 2.71 ct, G, VS2 is currently available for $30K.

Hope this helps.
