Help with setting decision?

Hello, everyone. I know you guys have a keen eye for beauty and detail so please help me with my decision!

I''ve decided to switch out my plain band to one of the following:

Vatche Passion

or

Vatche Caroline

Please note that the Vatche Caroline has tiny diamonds around the bezel(?) that the center stone sits in. I love this detail because it would seem like a happy surprise - band is seemingly plain and then you see KA-POW!

I also really love the simplicity of Passion, especially in image 7 of 8. I''d rather that the side diamonds be Pave rather than channel set, as I feel the sharp squared off part somewhat distracts from the beautiful curves of the mount. Am I just crazy?

Does anyone know of a similar setting that has pave side diamonds? Or please let me know which of the two you prefer! Thanks a million!!

I prefer the Caroline. It''s classic (and really beautiful).

For what its worth, I think they are both beautiful! However, I think the tiny diamonds in the Caroline setting actually make it seem more unique than the Passion setting -- and for that reason, I prefer the Caroline.

So things you might consider in making your decision:

Her tastes and lifestyle - what does she like and will she be hard on rings?

Her finger size, smaller fingers/rings don''t have as much room for detailed intricate designs and extra stones.

I also like the Caroline. But the small diamonds will be much less noticeable than the side stones on the Passion. So if you''re looking for bling, I would go Passion. If you want classic, with nice detail, the Caroline. As to your question of pave, vatche does a version of the Vatche Swan with pave (google it) and the Royal Crown as well. I think excel, i.d. jewelry, and GOG all sell it. Maybe you can do something a little more custom and ask Vatche to put either one of those two pave patterns on the caroline shank. I''m sure you can ask any of those vendors to see if they can give you a quote. Vatche definitely accomodates those types of requests. Good luck!

I like the Caroline...simple and elegant. Add a blinky wedding band...beautiful!
