Hi all,
I've tried to post this so many times but for some reason it won't go through so...here it goes again!

I have a couple projects that I need help with!
One is a reset of my vintage cushion 1.73 l/m engagement solitaire and the other is a loose asscher 1.2 carats that I was just given.
I recently inherited a vintage engagement ring as well, so i have a great problem on my hands now :)

Basically, my thought was one more ring and a necklace, but both the cushion and the asscher seem on the deep side for a pendant. (Asscher depth is 73%, should that be a deal breaker?) I ca return or change the asscher but I'm hoping not to since it was such a thoughtful gift.

Thoughts for cushion reset -something like the rose gold solitaire by Leon mege I've seen somewhere on here. My stone is a similar vibe although much closer to round. I also love classic three stones like gummibears if I wanted to do something like that with the asscher?
But who needs three rings!?

An advice or ideas?

Thx so much. More pics coming ASAP._22404.jpg

Hi! Thank you for the ideas...
Some more info.

The antique e ring is worn in the first pic.
The last two pics are of the cushion e ring that I hope to reset.

I guess I was told that the depth of the stone in a pendant would make it very prone to rolling and sitting sideways unless I do a big border or halo (which I would rather stay away from) but maybe this is bad info?

Re: Help with resets and new stones! NEW PICS OF ASSCHER

Here are some pics-'hopefully this helps!

The cushion first, then the antique I am keeping and then the loose asscher.

Wow! I love the vintage ring just as it is. It's perfect.
Resetting the cushion in a different color metal and different style will give you quite a bit of flexibility with different options for different moods.

You mentioned you wanted a non-halo setting for the asscher. How about one of these styles? The chain set at the corners of the stone should minimize flipping if you get the angles right.
