Hi everyone,
I'm a newbie here on the forum--though I have been lurking around for quite some time now. I loved all the information I gained from you all. Now, I think I'm pretty ready to buy a diamond for an ering. I already ordered a real pretty radiant cut diamond from an online retailer but I just saw another similar one for 1500$ less! I want to save the money but I don't know if maybe first diamond is ACTUALLY worth 1500$ more (I'm thinking probably not)...anyways, here are the stats.
Diamond 1 is F, SI2, 1.22ct (7.34 x 5.39 x 3.68mm)--big table surface area!
Polish-Excellent, Symmetry-Excellent, Fluorescence-None
Table 65%, depth 68.3%,
a few feathers and twinning wisps on the table. (http://www.gia.edu/otmm_wcs_int/proxy-pdf/?ReportNumber=5156895561&url=https://myapps.gia.edu/RptChkClient/reportClient.do?ReportNumber=18ABD298434993B413026B0B82F7B5C7)
Diamond 2 is F, SI2, 1.21ct (7.03 x 5.21 x 3.58mm)
Polish-Excellent, Symmetry-Very Good, Fluorescence-None
Table 62%, depth 68.7%,
a bit more feather, twinning wisps inclusions on the table. (http://www.gia.edu/otmm_wcs_int/proxy-pdf/?ReportNumber=2186579329&url=https://myapps.gia.edu/RptChkClient/reportClient.do?ReportNumber=BCF5059A1C966D9F48BD4CE5E88C5CFB)
I think both are suppose to be eye-clean. I could definitely buy the second one and take it to a jeweler to take a look, but I'd probably prefer it if the online retailer set diamond 2 in their setting if you think 1500$ difference is definitely worth jumping on.
Thanks in advance y'all~
