Thanks for the input. I hope to make a purchase within the next few days and this could be the one. With all the info on this site, I know I am going to end up with a quality diamond and even save some money.
No worries with a diamond sold by a trusted vendor that clouds will be an issue!Date: 5/19/2009 7:54:43 AM

I bought the stone but hope I didn''t make a mistake. This is an SI1 princess cut with clouds and I''ve been reading that clouds can affect the brilliance of the diamond. Given that the Ideal scope and Aset images look so good, should this diamond be affected by the clouds?
It might look very slightly larger with direct comparison, not so much when set in a ring. It depends on you, if you aren''t happy with your original purchase you could see about exchanging it for this one. An H colour will still be white, maybe not quite so ICY WHITE as an F colour, but I would seek further advice from WF on how they actually compare.Date: 5/23/2009 12:53:39 PM

I''m not sure I have the option but would I be better off going with this diamond? http://www.whiteflash.com/aca_princess/Whiteflash-ACA-Princess-cut-diamond-2119052.htm Its a 0.758 H color AGS 0 VS1. VS. my current 0.705 F color AGS 0 SI1 (eye clean)? I would be getting a larger diamond with VS1 clarity for only $30 more but its an H color. Would it be that noticeable with the H color Vs. F.
Sounds fine!Date: 5/25/2009 9:11:07 PM

I spoke with Whiteflash and they said they are both beautiful diamonds. They suggested I stay with the smaller F color diamond because it is only .2mm smaller, eye clean and is visually whiter than the H diamond.
